I've read so many articles in hopes of fixing my watch but nothing us working. I currently have a Versa 3 watch that I only owned for a year and it is stuck on the fitbit logo. I tried all the suggestions of holding it for 10 seconds etc but the logo just pops back up. This is my fourth fitbit watch and I never had problems until a couple months ago. Please help or I will have to switch to Apple or Samsung watches.

Please note this issue comes from performing a factory reset without first unpairing your Fitbit device from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings. With that being said, I suggest following the steps below in the order listed (or making sure you've done them as instructed):
If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

I’m having the same issue except I didn’t do any update or reset. Just plugged it in before bed and woke up to it like that. 🤷:male_sign:
