Looks like whatever update they just did killed all the old versa models. They dont even have chat support for the versa 3 anymore. Website says the page cant be found. My versa 3 was working perfectly fine until a day ago. No matter what i did it wouldn't sync to my phone. So i look on the forums and did a factory reset as suggested. NOW it is stuck on the fitbit logo. Have factory reset 20 times, while on the charger AND off. Nothing, it wont go passed the logo. Guess they are trying to push people to by the new models. 😒😒

I’m having the same problem my versa 3 won’t sync anymore.
any suggestions? I have reset my watch and app. I have removed the app and reloaded

The same thing happened to me. WHAT THE HECK?! I would lose connection every once in a while, but 3 days ago totally lost connection and cannot reconnect. My Bluetooth cannot find the device. I've done all the troubleshooting except for the complete wipe. And can't get support for it? I don't use Twitter and who has time to sit on hold for phone support? Anyone finding other options to try?
