Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit logo

My 2 year old Versa 3 now wont go beyond fitbit logo screen . Tried restarts multiple times ,but no luck . 
it all started with other apps disappearing from fitbit other than google assistant- and then it just died . 
Does fitbit provide any warranty?

Hi there, @StockholmBiker. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Versa 3 is still stuck on the Fitbit logo despite the steps you've tried. I will do my best to help you with this! 

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the steps below in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Fitbit device.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Fitbit device.
  • Once your Fitbit device is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again. 


With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone. 

Before trying the above, please be aware that most Fitbit devices store up to 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data. Summary data (calories, distance, steps, and floors) will be stored for 30 days. Nevertheless, if your Fitbit device was unpaired from your Fitbit account during this period of time, neither the 7 days can be recovered or restored.

My Fitbit  versa 3 is a little over 12m old too and has done the same. Stuck on the logo. Have tried the master reboot several times and also the phone disconnect / reconnect to no avail. Very frustrating

Mines the same about 2ish yrs old. It was spring fine then did an update in the background and now the device its self won't turn on. It was charged and kept flashing up the fitbit logo, but going no further. Since then it's lost charge and won't recharge or power on.

I ttrieda reset several times and have left it charging for longer, cleaned the connectors .... everything recommended and its just dead. 

Absolutely useless now 😑

So is that it , Fitbit ? or google ?  . I have to just throw the watch away now and be Ok with it ? 

If so , i think its a big red-flag for any of my next purchases .

I dont see fitbit being serious about customer service.
