My Versa 3 only shows the logo and can't access anything else. I've tried to restart and reset it and it doesn't go any farther than that. I have seen it turn off and on again several times with no result. I have run the battery dead and recharged it with the same result.
Is there a way to fix this or do I need to buy a replacement?

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the following steps in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

No change. The phone doesn't recognize the Fitbit. (It's not showing up in the Bluetooth area to even add and the app doesn't recognize that there is anything available.) The Versa is still stuck on the logo after restarting the device.

@VMinden Thanks for getting back and following the tips and recommendations I've provided. I'm sorry to hear that the steps didn't work.
As our last resort, I'd recommend performing a factory reset on your Versa 3. Important: Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
With the above being said, please sync your Versa 3 and then, proceed with the steps below in the order listed:
Once the above has been done, you can now proceed to set up your Versa 3 again by following the steps provided here How do I set up my Fitbit device?
