Versa 3 stuck on clock error

My versa 3 keeps saying clock error and its stuck on that comment on the screen

Hi @Kirstielouise - it could be a clock face error, though it may be something else.

To verify, sync the watch and in the Fitbit App Gallery tile change to another clock face.

Also try a restart - How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Thankyou,I let the battery run down,I'm now charging it again and its seemed to corrected itself,very strange,although I put a heat pack on last night and that's when it started to go wrong.maybe a coincidence?
