Versa 3 stuck on logo

Versa 3 is stuck on small fitbit logo. I’ve restarted it, deleted it from my phone, deleted the Bluetooth connection as others have instructed. It runs the battery flat as the logo is always on. Any suggestions - including throwing it in the bin & buying an Apple Watch welcome. Fitbit junk! I’ve had 5 to date & they’ve all failed……

Thank you for informing us about the situation about your Versa 3 which only shows the logo and for your efforts.

I suggest you try this:

• (Do not plug the Fitbit device into the charging cable.
• Press and hold the button for about 8 seconds until the display turns off.
• After the display turns off, you will feel a short vibration.
• After that, please release the button and immediately press and hold the button again.
• Wait until the Fitbit logo appears that will disappear:
• Immediately release the button and then immediately press and hold it again until you feel a vibration.
• Release the button after you feel the vibration.
• This vibration indicates that you have started the factory reset.
