Versa 3 stuck on the update screen

My versa is stuck on the update screen and won’t let me do anything.

Yes, they have walked me through the troubleshooting process and we could not get the fit bit to reset. They are sending me a new one at no charge!!! Thank you, fit bit stands behind their product!
