Versa 3 suddenly stopped syncing

My Versa 3 suddenly stopped syncing.  I have tried turning bluetooth on and off, updating app, force stopping app, turning phone off and on after each of these steps.  I tried reinstalling the app and now when I get to the Bluetooth Pairing and Linking screen it just spins says taking longer than expected.  Nothing is fixing the problem.

Same for me. In addition, my battery is draining in a few hours when it usually lasts several days. I haven’t changed any settings.

I just got mine to sync, I held down the button on the left side until the fitbit logo appeared. I  gues it reset and then I was able to pair and sync. No data lost. Give that a try. It is so frustrating that this happens out of the blue.

Happening on my versa 2 which was working perfectly till the update. Used to charge every 4 or 5 days now must charge daily
