It won't sync to my phone and the charge won't hold for more then 2 days

In addition to the steps you've done, please try the following steps:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
As for the battery issue, may I know if you're using snore detection? If so, please note that the Snore Detection feature does impact your device’s battery, so we recommend charging your device to at least 40% before going to bed. Have any of the moderators reported these sync issues to the FitBit app development team? Almost every watch model community has recent posts about sync & connection issues. The one common denominator with all these different watch models and phone models is: the FitBit app.
