Hi there, @kdwallace7. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

Have you experienced syncing difficulties in the past? As @JohnnyRow has mentioned, your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with so it has to be syncing frequently to avoid this to happen.

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

Also, note that the time on your Fitbit Versa 3 may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Versa 3 is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I fix the time on my Fitbit device?

Only way is to sync, getting time from phone.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I’ve done that and it does not change the time 🙃

Perhaps, but my guess is the sync did not really complete.

Check on phone app:

Profile pic > next to Versa 3, shows last time synced.

If it does show recent time, I am wrong and have no idea.  Let me know.
