Love my Versa 3 but I’m getting tired of having to reset/restart the app/watch because the time is off, it’s always behind. Anyone else have this problem?

Hi there, @kensmith. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand why you're getting tired.

As a first step, I'd suggest to change the current clock face. Trying switching to a one developed by Fitbit in case you're using one from a third-party developer.

If the issue persists afterwards following the above suggestion, try the following:

*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your Versa 3 automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

If your Versa 3 doesn't sync, follow the troubleshooting provided in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hope that helps.

Hi, Marre

I am not using a 3rd party clock face or anything. Also I have deleted the watch and app off my phone and then re-synced the two. The problem still persists.
