My Fitbit Versa 3 is not responding to touch, even if I don’t exercise. It’s like it’s frozen but it shows my steps. It happened very suddenly.
I have rebooted my watch quite a few times without any success.
How do I fix it?

Hi there, @alrivdberg. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
If the above doesn't work, please follow @NellyG's advice and chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

Hi there, @MarreFitbit.
I believe I'm having the same issue. The screen will show me the clock face if I double-tap, but I can't swipe in any direction to interact with the device after that.
I even have shortcuts set up for the side button. They work, but then I can't click them or scroll.
Screen wake by a turn of the wrist does not work.
What I've tried:
