Hi,
My Versa 2 touch screen will not respond to any form of input. I have restarted multiple times with no fix and checked for an update, but there isn't one.
Also, the screen guess dark and bright on it's own Accord. Not sure it is relevant, but I noticed it after I used the voice to text function in replying to a message.
Only option I have left is let it go completely flat and go from there. But currently on 50%.
Any help is appreciated.

@Airfix86 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the screen issue that your Versa 2 has experienced. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:
After this, monitor your watch and see if the touch screen works properly.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply, I have tried to factory reset, now a message "Data not cleared Sync & try again" has appeared and I'm unable to clear this message, even after multiple attempts.
I can not progress further than the data not cleared message, I have tried to resynch my Versa 2. But no fix. I have also tried to reset with disconnectong my versa from my phone.
I will try and contact customer services tomorrow.

I had the same problem with the touch screen no longer swiping down. I performed a factory reset (and got past the "data not cleared" problem).
The factory reset had no effect, the touch screen feature is somehow damaged, probably physically.
Just letting people know that a factory reset won't necessarily help. Worth a try though I supppose.
