Versa 3 not charging.

My versa 3 is not charging. It has been on charger and battery is completely dead. Can anyone advise please. Watch is almost 2 years old.

Hi @JoMo66 Often when these watches won't charge, one of the 4 spring loaded contacts on the charging cable is stuck. Check that they all spring back into place when you test them with your fingernail. If they don't try to free the stuck one by flicking it and cleaning using a toothpick and alcohol wipe. If none of the contacts are stuck try THIS Help Article on battery problems.
