Hi team
My versa 3 screen is coming on but not responding to touch. I am able to restart it but that's about it.
I tried changing the face of the watch but that didn't help either.
The watch is syncing but that's about it. The screen is just stuck to the clock screen

My screen just randomly went blank yesterday. Nothing customer support could do but offer me 35% off a new one. This Versa 3 is a replacement or my versa 3 that randomly stopped working 17 months ago after less than a year of use. If I recall correctly the versa 2 before that also only had a 1-2 year shelf life before it malfunctioned. I have finally learned my lesson and will not repurchase from the Versa range. Very disappointing.
