Versa 3 touchscreen stopped working

I thought my Versa 3 was completely dead.  Turns out it just doesn't respond to the touch screen.  I've restarted it a few times with no luck.  Is there a way to get the touch screen working again?

Hi there, @mjt59. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
