Versa 3 unresponsive

My Fitbit Versa 3 won't turn on, charge, sync, or respond to button pressing/holding. The screen has been black and unresponsive for 4 days now. In these 4 days, I have attempted the following steps numerous times, but nothing has changed.

  • Cleaned the charging contacts
  • Checked the charging cable and port
  • Ensured proper charging
  • Tried different charging sources
  • Attempted Restart
  • Checked Bluetooth
  • Attempted a manual sync

Since all the steps you tried didn't work, you have a Versa 3 and report that it has stopped working altogether, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support Team who will be able to take a closer look into this issue and provide further help. Hope to hear some good news soon!
