I have done everything that I can think of to get the watch to track my sleep. I reinstalled the app several times. I have also reset the Versa 3 to factory default and starting the setup all over again. Nothing I do will make it track me sleep.

@robdayton643 I would call Fitbit or return it wherever you bought it for a new one since it's new. That isn't right and it should be tracking properly.

@robdayton643 Just want to make sure, is your heart rate monitor working? In order to track sleep, your heart rate needs to be recorded.

It is brand new. It tracked my sleep the first day I had it and then it won't track it again.
