Versa 3 with lines across the screen

My Versa 3 all the sudden has lines across the screen so the only display is lines and its not holding a charge. I charged it Saturday and within 24 hours it was less than 6%, charged it yesterday and in less than 12 hours Im down to 35%. Can it be fixed?

Welcome to the Fitbit comunity, @Kobiezma!

Sad to hear that your Versa 3 isn't working as expected. I'd suggest restarting it to see if that will fix the issue. To do so, please hold Versa 3's side button for around 10 seconds until it'll vibrate and you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.

I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Nope. Now the screen is just bright red with a couple black lines in it.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community and thank you for following advised troubleshooting steps @Kobiezma. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 has white lines across the screen.

Please try changing your watch clock face. Follow the instructions of: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Thanks for your help @Talahthas.

I cant. I cant even see a clock due to the lines. This versa is only 1-1/2 years old. I went from 100% to dead in about 16 hours.

Mine did the exact same thing early last week. I've also had this fitbit for only 1.5 years. My last versa actually did the exact same thing.
