Versa 2 will not auto sync with my new iPhone 14pro. I can manually sync. I have uninstalled the Fitbit app on my new phone as well as restarted both the iPhone 14pro and the Fitbit. I have also forgot the device on the Bluetooth and then attached back, restarted everything again. Still no results on auto sync.
Any other options out there

Hi @ldyvig - this may be due to the new phone having battery savings enabled and shutting down the Fitbit App or associated services so it doesn't run properly in background, but can also be an issue if you have other devices which have the watch defined in Bluetooth.

Hi there, @ldyvig. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.
I agree with @Guy_. Have you checked those settings already?
In addition, I was wondering if your Versa 3 is still linked to your old phone? If so, please try the following:
Hope this helps.

Thank you, I will check. I might also note that my issue is with the versa 2 which I have right in the comments but for some reason it is incorrect in the label. Not sure if that makes a difference.

Also, I have done all the things you mentioned, actually twice :). Was hoping for something else so will try to review what Guy mentioned.
