Versa 3 won't charge

My versa 2 had around 12% battery 5 days ago. I popped it into charge as I usually so over night; the next day I find it is completely unresponsive and is not charging. I changed plug socket, plug head & tried to charge it on my laptop and still nothing!

it is less than a year old (purchased June ‘21) and appears to be completely defunct now

Hi there, @Caggie1. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.

If you haven't done so yet,  please check if the pins on the device or charging cable are dirty. For more information on how to do so, see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

I've moved your post to the Versa 3 board for organization purposes.

Hope that helps.

Hi,

The pins are clean, the cable is clean and I've tried it in several different charging points - it was charging VERY slowly at one point so I know the cable is ok, but it is now fully dead, will not charge and I just can't see why.
