For over a few months my versa 3 doesn't take charge anymore. It all started with the notification of the charger being too slow, after buying a new charger, the versa 3 still gave the same notification. For a month it took 3 days to charge the battery per cycle, but suddenly it stopped charging completely. The problem I now have is that the company where I bought it can't repair my versa 3 and my versa 3 is just two months passed the factory warranty, while my versa 3 stopped working for over 4 months ago.
How can this problem be solved?

Hi there, @Jermaine.rhl. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.
As a first approach, I suggest restarting your Versa 3. For instruction, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If the restart doesn't work and you haven't felt a vibration on your watch during this process, confirm that you've tried the following steps:

Dear MarreFitbit,
I have done all those steps already and my fitbit still gives no sign of life.
- no charging animation
- no haptic feedback when putting it on the charger
- no haptic feedback when trying to turn on
- nothing happening on the screen

Tried all the above. Nothing. Ordered new charger this morning to see it will correct the issue.
Its a great tracker, however starting to go down the same path of the last Ionic tracker I had
