I let mine go out of charge over the holidays and now it will not even charge at all 😔. Ive done everything they said to do and still nothing.

Hi @Debhinch  - in case the terminals need cleaning or there is a faulty charge cable [quite a common issue] -  see also How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
