Hi, @Lidia66_ all electronic devices have operating temperature ranges and they are designed to turn off when outside these temperatures in order to avoid damage to the device.
If you were sunbathing in a hot climate, for example, or wearing your Fitbit in the sauna (or even just outside walking in the desert) this can happen.
Simply remove your Fitbit from your wrist and bring your Fitbit indoors and the screen should clear in a few hours. (I wore my Fitbit in the sauna a couple of times and experienced exactly that.). It should recover with no issues.
If the problem persists, try giving your Fitbit a restart, if possible. Instructions here . If it is not possible to restart and/or the problem persists, please get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.Fitbit.com

Hi, @Lidia66_ , if it is in direct sunlight (for example if you were lying in the sun) for any length of time, this can happen. As I mentioned, I would suggest leaving it alone at room temperature for a couple of hours, and it should be fine.
Obviously if it doesn’t recover in a couple of hours indoors then you can get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.Fitbit.com. But there initial response is bound to be to wait and see if it cools off, so it would probably better to put off contacting them for a bit.
Please let us know how it goes.

My watch stop charging and This will be the last Fitbit I buy due to there warranty is awful and for the cost they should overnight you a new watch. We should not have to wait until they see what is wrong.
