My Versa 3 won’t charge. Tired plugging the USB A connector into different adapters & different outlets but still no charge. The odd thing is that I decided to charge my Fitbit One as a back up & it’s not charging either. Perplexing & frustrating…

Hi @Wheezah - if your Versa 3 is not charging the 2 main issues are it needs cleaning or the charge cable is faulty, see details for both in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
