My Versa 3 died yesterday so I put it on the charger. I left it last night and all day today but it still won’t turn on. I had a previous Versa (I don’t know which one) and it did the same thing after about 2 years. Can anyone help?

Hi there, @Carren23. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
If your device got wet, it’s important to take it off and dry it well before putting it back on. On the other hand, if your device has come into contact with any liquid other than fresh water, you should clean it with fresh water and a soap-free cleanser and dry it with a lint free-cloth.
If you've done the above but to no avail, please confirm that you've restarted your Versa 3 as instructed here How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If the restart doesn't work either and your watch hasn't vibrated for the restart process, make sure you also followed the steps below:
Hope that helps.

Mine died yesterday afternoon I've had it on the charger since then it reads 0% as soon as I plug it in and then after that the screen stays black and does not charge does anybody else have this problem?
