Versa 3 won't charge

  • My watch was working perfectly fine and than suddenly stopped working, I tried to charge but always showed 0% and watch is dead now, what can be done now?

Get in touch with tech support through the Fitbit app and hopefully it is still under warranty and they will replace it. Be sure that the watch is not overheating as it can get really hot and if I would be you I won't leave it on the charger unsupervised...
