Dear All.
My Fitbit versa 3 battery got depleted to zero and when I charged , it was not turning on. I am not sure if it's charged also or not. Can you pls help.

Sure. I just wonder why it's not 24*7 support after being such a premium brand. Most all tech brands provide uch support. Nevertheless thanks for reply. Eagerly waiting for resolution

Dear Fitbit,
I am very disappointed to see a very costly watch Fitbit versa3 18k+ stopped working within 2 years 😞 and there's no repair service also provided by Fitbit. I had a tracker before which was just 5k and lasted 4+ years. Guess it's time to say NO to Fitbit.
I recommend people not to buy Fitbit.
