Lost connection to mobile app.  I am not able to connect.  Tried several times to go to bluetooth device, versa 3 is listed but it is not connecting.  I also tried going to Fitbit mobile app with no success.

Please advise

Thanks

Hi there, @Starling64. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

In addition to the steps you've done, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:

*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your Versa 3 automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

If the issue persists, please make sure to check this help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I honestly hope this worked for the OP because this is EXACTLY what happened with my Versa 2, and is now happening with my Versa 3 only 2 months later. You are much better off getting a refund or replacement, but do not disconnect or reset your existing device in the interim. At the moment, I can't even log into my account on the app, and the device is not syncing (not since 4:25 PM PDT today). I can, however, log into the browser dashboard, so my login is working. Fitbit, fix this app of yours. It's your app, please stop giving directions to your users that only further disable the device.

Hi

i’m having same issue since last week.  My Fitbit versa 3 keeps disconnecting and when i removed, update and everything else.  It works for an hour or so then unpairs again. If i go into account settings, authorized devices.  It says my iphone is an iphone 12,8 when its an iphone se(2020) .  Never had a problem before!! When my fitbit said it was an iphone se!!
