Versa 3 won't connect with iPhone

My Fitbit won't connect to app.  When I try to pair it the number isn't recognised.

 

I have reinstalled app, rebooted fitbit and still not working.  It has bee working fine until yesterday.

Thanks for the details provided and the steps tried prior to posting. Let me explain last week there was a disruption with our Fitbit servers which affected the Fitbit app performance. Because this issue has been resolved by our team, could you confirm if your Versa 3 is still not able to sync? While you've tried some steps, please make sure to exhaust the ones described here.
