Time on versa 3 is constantly incorrect by approx 5 mins. I have to sync it everyday to have the correct time. Watch only about a month old. This is my 3 rd versa 3 had to return 2 faulty ones.

Hi there, @Makeatinge. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 3. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Keep in mind that your Versa 3 may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

If you realize that you've been running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If the above doesn't work, would you mind trying to change the clock format on your Versa 3 and see if that helps? If you have it set to 12 hrs, switch it to 24hrs or vice versa. For more information, see How do I change to a 12 or 24 hour clock?
