My screen on my versa 3 has gone blank. It is still syncing to the app on my phone and vibrating when I receive messages. I have tried holding the side button until I see the fitbit logo and releasing but nothing happens. I read that changing the clock face in the app might also help, however this hasn't worked either. I have fully charged it also. Is there anything else that I can try.
