Versa is froze, how do I shut it off to restart. Will not sync

Hi there, @rmincel08-. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.
As @Guy_ suggested, please restart your Versa 3 as instructed here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @rmincel08- - try to charge it to see if it responds, or breaks what is happening.
If you did a swim try double press of the button otherwise hold the button for 8 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears.
If the button doesn't work let it run down and the charge once completely flat.
If it gets hot charging stop immediately.
