Versa 3 won't respond

Versa 3 is fully charged.  Face shows Fitbit logo.  No response from swiping or pushing button.  Have tried push for 8+ seconds, 3 push w/i 10 seconds, etc.

Any other suggestions?

Hi @Samantha33 - while the watch may have developed a fault, it may also be possible to resolve it 

 

Try a sync with the Fitbit App and if it will try changing the clock face, and then restart the watch by holding the button for at least 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and it may start.

 

You can alsochat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support. they can help you do a factory reset if necessary.
