Versa 2 won't pair

Try turning off phone and rebooting -- helped me but we're all seeming to have problems last few days.

Hi @Gerri-Lynn - if you mean it won't sync, there are some things you can try.

 

Firstly charge the watch for an hour and while charging logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window, and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it, then restart the phone.

 

Then when you login to the Fitbit App, wait for any pair or link prompts and sync. (Note you can't pair the watch in the phone's Bluetooth manually)

 

If that doesn't work, try restarting the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears.

 

Lastly if that isn't working remove the Bluetooth entry for the watch from the phone and repeat the logout/login process, and if necessary click the profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace.
