I charged my watch and when I went to remove it from the charger it had turned itself off. I have attempted to restart the watch but with no luck. I held the bottom for 10 seconds, the logo came up but has not moved in over 4 hours. It is not lighting up in the back so not sure what has happened. Please help

Hi @ladysmith6 - unfortunately it sounds like a watch fault has developed.
However try holding the button again for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears again and wait for it to start.
If it takes longer than 30 seconds you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
