My Versa3 just does not stay connected to my phone's Bluetooth, even if my phone is next to it. I do not get notifications and am unable to use the Bluetooth calling feature. Initially, it worked well for 2 months, but am facing a problem for the past month. I have tried setting up my Versa twice, disconnecting the phone Bluetooth, and restarting my phone and Versa 3 but nothing seems to be working. I have to manually sync my phone every time from the app.

Hi there, @Vandsz. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.
May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.
Also, I'd like to know if you have any other devices connected to your phone's Bluetooth that you use frequently? If so, I'd recommend trying the following:
1. Remove the Versa 3 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Remove other devices that you may have connected to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
3. Restart your Versa 3.
4. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
5. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
6. Set up your Versa 3.
7. Once you make sure that your Versa 3 is connected and syncing, please link your other Bluetooth devices to your phone.
