Versa 3 won't sync and time is wrong

My versa 3 not take Bluetooth, my wifi, and now they have 4 min late.

 

Update: This is second  versa2

Hi there, @Guzman63. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

As a first approach, keep in mind that your Versa 3 may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. 

Since you're having syncing difficulties, I'd recommend following the troubleshooting steps provided in this help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Nevertheless, please make sure that the phone you're syncing with meets the requirements listed here.
