My watch hasn't been able to sync anything in 18hours : no data at all. Sleep exercises, steps, battery % (is 44% on my watch and 60% on my app) etc nothing from nothing
I reset my watch , check if Bluetooth is working. Nothing dead

Yep mine too. They fixed the missing exercise data yesterday, this morning my phone isn't syncing anything!! What's going on!!!!

Mine won't sync either. I deleted and redownloaded the app which worked for a day, but it's gone again. So annoying.

I am having the same issue. The only thing that works for me is to remove the device from the app and re add it as if its a new device. That only works for a little bit and then it will stop syncing again. I have contacted support about the issue 3 times now and they haven't been any help. I will be getting rid of this device and moving on to the Sense 2 when I can save the money for it.

Idem j'ai galéré hier à chercher d'où cela pouvait il venir. J'ai fini par désinstaller et refaire ça à marché hier soir ce matin et de nouveau plus de synchronisation cet AM !!

I was having the same problem the last couple of days, with it not syncing, none of my messages coming through etc, and now my watch has completely broken and is stuck with the fitbit logo on the screen.
I can't turn it off or do anything with it.
I can't help but think it has something to do with the changeover to Google.

I was able to get mine working by connecting the watch to wifi within the phone's fitbit app. (Top left where battery % is, Versa 3, Wifi settings, Next...)
I had reset the watch (hold down side button for ten seconds) a couple of times as well so not entirely sure which did it.

I'm having the same trouble and now I can't even add my fitbit as a device. It's like my phone or app doesn't recognise me watch at all

Somehow managed to restart my watch yesterday just by keep pressing button and letting go when it vibrated, repeatedly for about 20mins.
Had to reset, reinstall, reset, and it worked for a few hours, now won't sync at all. Last synced was 23hours ago, so frustrating!!!! What is going on??
