Versa 3 won't sync properly anymore

What in the hell is going on now?

My versa 3's syncing keeps dropping out. I have to restart my pixel and then it will sync, but then it drops out again!!

This has been happening for over 6 weeks now. All updates installed.

Forced restart. Uninstalled and reinstalled app.

Time to move away from Fitbit???

I'm sorry to hear that your new Versa 3 is still not properly syncing. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

Please note that our team is aware of an "Unable to Sync" bug that is impacting a small percentage of Android Fitbit App Customers. We released a new Android Fitbit App 4.26.1 version that fixes this; 4.26.1 is now slowly rolling out to Customers as of September 19th. Please make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date

It's up to date. And no further updates have become available in my region (France).

@Emma79350 Thanks for getting back and for those details. 

As mentioned above, the update is slowly rolling out to Customers as of September 19th. If you haven't received it yet, you will soon.
