My fitbit won't sync properly, the time is hours behind which led to late alarms for work last week..iv followed all troubleshooting recommendations and nothing. Uninstalled that app, reinstalled it, unpaired the watch, re-paired it, checked the timezones etc but nothing works?? Why?

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is still not syncing properly and therefore, the time is showing wrong. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
As our last resort, I'd recommend performing a factory reset on your Versa. Important: Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
