My versa 3 won't sync with my phone. Samsung S20. I've had my versa 3 for around 18 months. Haven't changed my phone recently. I've force quit the fitbit app, reinstalled the fitbit app from play store, restarted my versa 3, cleared the cache. It appears to be syncing, then gives 'taking time' message, then says it is unable to sync. Help!

Hi there, @Youngy777. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. @NellyG Thank you so much for your help!
In addition to the steps you've done, please try the following:
1. Remove the Versa 3 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Versa 3.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Versa 3.

thanks for the suggestions @MarreFitbit . it is now disconnected but wont reconnect to set it up. any more suggestions? the fitbit still has the icon with the cross through it on - they are not seeing each other

How long are these versa 3 supposed to last? I thought it would be more than 18m?

Hi @MarreFitbit is there anything else you can suggest? I'm really struggling.. and now it is disconnected I can't do anything at all! Where do I go from here?
