Versa 3 won't sync to my new phone

Why is it that Fitbit cannot sync with my new phone? After years of paying for Fitbit Premium, I can't understand why you don't just sync with all phones these days. 

 

Being forced to buy a new smart watch that is compatible isn't much fun...

Regarding to your inquiry, please make sure that your new phone meets the requirements listed here.

Additionally, I was wondering if your Versa 3 still connected to your old phone's Bluetooth settings? If it's, please try the steps below:

  • Unpair your Versa 3 from your old phone's Bluetooth and also from the new phone.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your new phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
  • Set up notifications on your Versa 3 again.
