Sometimes my watch doesn't want to sync. I try different things but it's constantly working to sync

Having the same or worse issues, just bought my watch. It won't sync, connect to wifi, even when it does, it's not consistent. Having to keep going through the whole troubleshoot guide just to get it to sync. I'm hoping it's a watch problem I requested a replacement so if that doesn't work then it might be firmware, or software (the app). Once i get the replacement if that doesn't work, then it really bad firmware or buggy software. I may switch to a different brand if no luck.
I found for temporarily getting it to sync for a few minutes.

Hi @Cyla1924 @SunsetRunner - have you tried
As to why it stops syncing check battery saving settings on the phone to make sur both Bluetooth and the Fitbit App are not being Shutdown.
Some phones are a bit special, you can contact support via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

yep even factory reset and reinstalled the app about 4 times before giving up and contacted customer service for a replacement. Hoping for the replacement to work.
