Hi there, @H07. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that you're having syncing issues with your Versa 3. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Please note that a Fitbit (Android) App Bug that caused issues with Syncing and Pairing has been Fixed. If you're still experiencing syncing issues, I'd recommend upgrading to the FitBit App version 4.28.2 since it includes a Bug Fix. For more information, see How do I update the Fitbit app?
However, if you update to 4.28.2 and still encounter a syncing issue, I suggest you to restart your phone.
If restarting your phone still doesn't resolve the syncing issue, listed below are the recommended troubleshooting steps to solve these problems:

Best AnswerNONE of this works with my android phone and my Versa 2. I have all the updated versions suggested for both the app and the versa. The Versa 2 says it needs updated but will NOT let me. My fitbit and phone have not communicated for over a week and my versa is no longer giving the right time. I have factory reset it 3 times/ NOTHING HELPS OR WORKS ! ! ! When I do a factory reset it works for about hour, then starts losing time.
Mine connected and synced once but now it says it needs to pair with the device to sync reliably but doesn't want to connect as it doesn't show up on available devices but says it can find my phone
Best AnswerExactly the same here with my versa 2 😔
