Resting heartrate averaging is way off at the moment as even simple average would be much less than is showing. Used to be good so I presume an update has messed it up!

Hi @Royrock - there are a couple of steps to try, clean the watch How do I clean my Fitbit device?  and after a sync do a Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds [to allow it to complete] before placing it on charge to restart it and charge it. If it's already charged just push the button for a second and wait. This may help.
