Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit Logo

My fitbit is charged and vibrates when I press the button or receive a message, but the display doesn't actually turn on (it stays black). I tried restarting it. When restarting, the fitbit logo appears, so I know the screen isn't broken, but after the restart it just goes back to an unchanging black screen. I've even tried changing the clock face but it still doesn't work. I've tried several methods but don't know what to do now.

Hi there, @DeadPBD. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.

As our last resort, please try the following steps:

  • Unpair your Versa 3 from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.

If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

If the above doesn't work, please follow @Guy_'s advice and chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.
