Versa 3 won't turn on, reboot loop

The other day I couldn't get the exercise menu to open to record an activity. I tried rebooting it but that was the last I saw of my watch.
Now it cycles through the splash screen/vibrate and a black screen until it burns down the battery.

I have tried the steps suggested to others.

Thank you for taking the time to share the inquiry regarding the Versa 3. Thank you for trying to fix it on your own.

I suggest following the steps below in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Versa 3 from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app. 
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.

Hi
I did all of this a few times and it's made no difference at all.
The watch still won't boot up, it's still cycling around blank/fitbit logo/blank
