I really need help. I cannot switch my Fitbit Versa 3 on. I've done what people have suggested and held all the buttons to reset it and I've charged it for hours. Nothing is working. Please help me, I've only had this watch for two weeks 😞

Hello Sophs26,
Sounds faulty to me if the screen is blank are you pressing the button in the correct position?
Mitch.

Hi there, @Leanmil. Welcome to the Community Forums.
If you're going through the same issue with your Versa 3, please restart your watch as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Hope that helps.

Nothing is working, it won't even charge, no vibration nothing, it was on with 89% and I noticed it wasn't ringing or receiving text messages so I turned it off hoping to restart but I'm getting nothing from it at all, just dead

Still nothing. Apparently this has been happening to a few people and I'm not the only one. I wish there was a simple way to resolve the issue. I can't even restart it, it just sticks on the fitbit logo

I managed to get it on by connecting charger and disconnecting a few times quite quickly, but can't connect to calls and doesn't vibrate with texts regardless or the settings being correct, so disappointed 😑

Mine just did the same thing. I turned it off to change the band, and it wouldn't turn back on.I've had nothing but bad times with this thing. I won't get into it, other than to say, this much money for a cheap wish.com knock off quality of an item is insane!

Hi, my Fitbit 3 has just died too. No matter what I do, including everything you have suggested to do, it will not turn on. Does this mean the device, which I've had since April 2021, is faulty?

I have spent the past few hours looking into this issue. By the end of next week all of the Versa 3s will be stuck in this non bootable state. Very poor quality. I knew I should have sent it back the millisecond I saw that $0.03 watch band. Wal-Mart's throw away kids watches have better bands, and they are only $5. Then waiting on an after market one, my wrist broke out in blisters from the horrible quality band, never got more that 2.5 days before it had to be recharged, and now this non boot issue. SMH.

I have been trying to turn my back on for some time now too. I couldn't get it to sync in the app, had to shut down and it won't turn on at all. I've had other issues with it too as someone else pointed out. I truly hate this watch.

This worked for me. Hold the button down for 8 seconds, let off for 1 second and hold it down again until it vibrates,. Let it boot. it's slow.

Mine never vibrates no matter how many times or how long I press the button. It's like my sensor is gone after less than 3 months. Seems like a flaw in the haptic button and there should be a hard reset option, secondary button etc. I wish I had never purchased this watch.

I still wish I hadn't of bought mine, too. I hate this over priced junk. I found by connecting the charger, hold firmly on the screen and charger, tapping the side button with three slow taps, it will vibrate once. then I left it on charge for a while, and the 8 second on, 1 second off, and hold until vibrates and a slow boot, worked. Give that a try. If that doesn't work, see if they will replace it or refund it. Mine is just under two months old, I wanted my money back, but it started working again.

I finally got it sorted and made sure my battery never got flat until yesterday, I got caught out, now my watch has gone onto some kind of lock which I can't get off, the watch is in darkness, tried the settings but not working, I can really say this is the worst purchase I have made, wish I had bought the galaxy watch now😔
