Versa 3 won't turn on

My Versa 3 is fully charged, buy my screen face is dark. Any suggestions?

Hi there, @ThomasbB. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

Please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

My FitBit watch face is totally dark. I charged my watch overnight hoping this would solve the problem.
It didn’t. Any other suggestions?
Also, without a visible icon on the screen face, I can’t tell when it is actually off. Then I would restart

Hi,
Thank you for getting back to me.
As I said before, my FitBit screen is dark but my steps register…can someone from Community Forums (possibly Oddysey13) take a look at my FitBit?

Hi MarreFitbit,
My Versa 3 turns on, and I believe it charges up, too.
But I can’t tell whether it is doing this since my screen is still dark.

I can call, and connect my Versa 3 to my PC through a USB port…will this help troubleshoot my issue

Ok, if connecting my Versa 3 through my PC, then get online with you, it
may help you better troubleshoot this problem
